Because our courses provide immediate access to proprietary videos, downloadable templates, and AI strategies, we generally operate a No Refund policy once the content has been accessed. However, we offer exceptions under the specific circumstances listed below.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same course twice using the same account.

  • Non-Access: You purchased a course but have not yet logged in or accessed any of the course materials (videos, PDFs, or lessons). This request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Technical Failure: You are unable to access the course content due to a persistent technical error on our side that our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours of being notified.

3. Ineligibility for a Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Course Completion: You have completed more than 10% of the course or downloaded any of the proprietary course resources/templates.

  • Bundles: If you purchased a bundle, refunds are only available for the entire bundle (if eligible). We do not offer partial refunds for individual courses within a discounted bundle.
